Our COVID-19 Command Center has been successful in identifying COVID-19 and at-risk patients with possible symptoms and actual diagnoses for our healthcare partners.Within Cortex, you can screen, track, and triage patients that have 1) been diagnosed with COVID-19, 2) shown symptoms of COVID-19 or 3) been exposed to symptoms of COVID-19Our tools, including CheckUp and Readmission Manager, can be used by your own internal staff or use Cortex’s nurses to make the follow-up calls.
