Business Development Representative

Who you are:

You are an ambitious self-starter, with a willingness to learn and grow, and put the work in to get where you want to go. A future in a quota-carrying role as a sales representative is attractive to you, but you understand you’ll need to prove your worth in this role first. You don’t need a manager to motivate you because you’re intrinsically motivated to succeed, and you enjoy working towards challenges and targets.

During this time, you’ll be responsible for generating top-of-funnel pipeline for our Sales team, through sourcing, building relationships with, and nurturing leads that become opportunities.

Who we are:

Cortex is a Healthcare Outcomes company, enabling healthcare providers to achieve repeatable, positive healthcare outcomes. Our innovative data analytics platform, coupled with our army of over 900 US-based Registered Nurses working remotely, enable us to go the final mile in delivering real outcomes. The industry is awash in data and recommendations, but short-staffed. Cortex not only identifies opportunities and trends but offers the workforce to implement changes and achieve results. Our team is 100% remote. We’re flexible (the \#1 point of feedback on our internal employee surveys) and results-oriented. We treat our employees with dignity and respect and allow them to make decisions with autonomy. Just check out our Glassdoor reviews to learn more.
