Salary and Benefits

  • This is a full-time role expected to work at our Draper office.
  • $40,000 to $65,000 yearly salary
  • Commissions on upsell and cross-selling (around 15% annual salary)

What you'll be doing:

  • Help healthcare providers get maximum value from Cortex
  • Train new and existing customers
  • Go to local network collaborative events
  • Onboard new customers
  • Respond to customer requests and concerns
  • Perform business reviews with existing customers

At Cortex, our goal is to improve healthcare by better connecting providers to their patients. By doing this, we'll reduce the cost of care and improve outcomes. We are focused mostly on the elderly who recently visited the hospital or another provider. We've assisted in the recovery of nearly 100,000 patients for over 100 providers in about 10 different states. Our customers are hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies.

Experience required:

  • 2-5 years in healthcare post-acute care in marketing or administration
  • OR... 2-5 years in Business-to-Business SaaS customer success
